Yellow Letters Complete is and will remain open during the COVID-19 crisis as long as we are able to provide a safe environment for our team, and we do not receive specific instruction from the government. During this time, we strongly believe our customers need us to continue our operations. We stand ready at full strength to meet your mailing needs.
As you all know, circumstances are changing rapidly, but we will inform our staff, customers, and vendors as the situation evolves.
We have taken the following steps to ensure safe and consistent operations:
- All staff able to work from home will be working remotely during this time, and will continue to respond to customers and process orders quickly
- Staff is required to stay home if sick or will be sent home if they show symptoms
- All writers work at home, and we have implemented new procedures to avoid writers touching shared surfaces
- Management has instructed the remaining office team to keep the office environment, shared surfaces, and all production materials clean and sanitized.
- Sanitizing wipes have been distributed throughout the office.
- Full inventory of all paper and envelopes to avoid any possible supply chain interruption
- It is our plan to provide uninterrupted customer service and mailing operations during this time.
- Scheduled multitouch campaigns are prepared well in advance to avoid any service interruption
The US Postal Service is a cornerstone of our government operation, and they have given no indication that service or delivery will be interrupted.
Thus far our plan has allowed us to maintain operation uninterrupted by current circumstances. Our hours of operation are unchanged, and we are ready to serve you however we can assist. We will even respond to you over the weekend when you e-mail us at info@yellowletterscomplete.com.
