Touch 1 – Introduction

Touch 3 – Put your Head Shot to Good Use

You have reached out a few times to your mailing list, so now it’s time to put a face to the name.  Add your photo and now potential clients have a visual to add to their memory bank.  

Touch 4 – Reminder Letter

Gently remind your potential clients that are you are still available for them.  Like a television commercial, it helps to repeat the same message in multiple ways.

Touch 5 – Drive It Home

Your final mailing should drive home the message you have been trying to portray.  Using power words like tirelessly, quick, and easy help paint an image of what you are willing to do to sell your client’s home.  Let them know you won’t rest until the job is done.
