Yellow Letters in Canada

We love out Canadian real estate investors and Realtors! We offer you the same yellow letter services as in the U.S., but without the postage.  (We reduce the price to compensate for the postage).  The same premium yellow letter service as always - now offered to Canadian residents.

If you live in Canada, you pay only $.99 per letter (plus Priority Shipping Charges of $32.95)

What Happens When You order Yellow Letters

You will receive a letter writer who is assigned to your order - so that the handwriting is consistent throughout your entire campaign. He/she will prepare your letter and we'll send it to you for approval before we have it professionally duplicated. NOTE: We ONLY use real handwriting - Never come junky, unrealistic computer generated font.

Once we receive the letters back from duplication, we'll need your mailing list. Your letter writer will then hand write the homeowner's name and property address into the letter using a pen that matches the ink that was used for printing.

Your letter writer will also hand address an ivory colored invitation envelope using the same red pen.

The flap of the envelope will be tucked (not sealed) with a return address printed on the back flap of the envelope (in your letter writer's handwriting).

Once your order has been completed, we'll ship them back to you! You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. When you get your package, all you'll have to do is put stamps on them and mail them out to your prospects!!!

NOTE: At this time, we do not provide mailing lists for Canada. We are working on adding that feature to our products for your convenience. Please let us know if you're looking for a mailing list in Canada so we can better serve you.
